Rapture dives into club culture as a transient space of ritual and release. Driven by sound, rhythm, and repetition, bodies gather in search of connection and transcendence. It offers a temporary suspension of the everyday - a place of liberation, reinvention and individual self-expression. The work begins to question the fragility of this euphoric state, tracing the moment where rapture ends. What happens when exhilaration tips into overwhelm, collapsing into overstimulation, surrender slipping into exhaustion and loss of control? What follows is not collapse but a shift - one with reconnection, an altered sense of time, and the possibility of a quieter, sustained transcendence.

Rapture will premiere in at New Adelphi Theatre, Salford on 27th March 2026, and will tour the UK until July 2026.
